WAUWATOSA, WI (July 22, 2019) - As the recruiting season winds down, Bryant & Stratton College's head cross country coach Casey Green continues to build his fall roster signing three recruits for the inaugural 2019 season.
Stephen Kiprop, Brenda Chumba and Fhabian Tellez each signed their national letter of intent to put on a Bobcat uniform this year.
Kiprop comes from Eldoret, Kenya where he competed on the Kerotet Mixed Day Secondary School team.
"Stephen is a young athlete with great natural talent," Green said. "He has developed a lot in just a few years of training and still has a lot of room to progress."

"The main reason why I chose Bryant & Stratton is to mature my natural talent as an athlete and pursue my studies," Kiprop said. "As an international student, I will gain a lot of knowledge at Bryant & Stratton to extend to my home community."
Also out of Eldort, Kenya, Chumba attended Maji Mzuri Girls Secondary School.

"Brenda success and experience in the distance events make her a top-level addition for the program," Green said. "She is passionate, committed and a natural leader."
Chumba marks as one of four recruits to from Kenya to join the Bobcats cross country program this season.
"I chose Bryant & Stratton because of its success and commitment to excellence," Chumba said. "The fact that they provide students with a career-ready education makes me very comfortable with my decision to be part of the school."
The Wisconsin native, Tellez, comes from Racine Horlick High School.

"Fhabian is a young athlete who brings a lot of potential to the team," Green said. "He has a great work ethic and is committed to developing into a high-level collegiate athlete."
The Bobcats open up their inaugural season on Friday, August 30 in Wooster, OH for the Wooster Invitational.
