WAUWATOSA WI - (April 19, 2018) - This past Wednesday afternoon marked as a special day for new Bobcat signee, Lauren Huss, as she signed her national letter of intent to put on a Bryant & Stratton College women's soccer uniform for the fall 2018 season.
Huss comes from Frankfort, IL where she attended Lincoln-Way High School and competed on the varsity program for two seasons. A versatile player, Huss excels at the midfield and defender position.
"Lauren stood out to me as much as a quality person as she did a quality player," Bobcats head coach Lucas Henderson said. "She has a great work ethic and attitude that will fit the type of mindset this program wants and I look forward to seeing how she can contribute."
In the off-seasons, Huss competed for Legacy Soccer which is a competitive club program.
As Huss closes out her high school career she will look to start preparing for the next level and be apart of the first ever Bryant & Stratton Soccer program.
"I'm beyond excited for an opportunity to not only pursue my academic goals at an awesome school but also my athletic aspirations," Huss said. "Coach Henderson has been extremely supportive and helpful during the recruiting process and I look forward to being part of the first season at Bryant & Stratton College."
A great signing in Huss, Henderson will continue on the recruiting trail as he gets his team ready for the inaugural season beginning in August.
