WAUWATOSA, WI (Sept. 24, 2018) - Coming off of a heart-breaking defeat at College of Lake County, the Bryant & Stratton College women's soccer team bounced back on saturday after defeating Richard J. Daley College 4-0 at home. The Bobcats improved their record to 3-3-1 overall and 2-3-1 in region play.
After a scoreless first half, Bobcats head coach, Lucas Henderson, was pleased with the team's effort but needed to make adjustments for the second half in order to get over the hump.
"We made some key adjustments at halftime and I give the team so much credit for taking it to heart and staying consistent throuhgout the second half."
Just two minutes into the second half, freshman Lexi Oleniczak netted the first goal of the game (assisted by Lynette Ocampo) to put the Bobcats up 1-0.
With momentum on their side, Oleniczak returned the favor with a magnificent assist to Ocampo to give the Bobcats a commanding 2-0 lead.
Throughout the remainder of the half, the Bobcats continued their solid play adding another goal by Sydney Norlander (assisted by Ocampo) at the 72:00 minute mark followed by the fourth and final goal from Lauren Huss (assisted by Ari Duncanson) at the 89:00 minute mark.
Holding a 4-0 lead with just over five minutes left in the game, the Bobcats went on their way to earn a convincing and promising victory.

The Bobcats will travel to Harry S. Truman Collgee on Tuesday for a 4:00pm matchup. Henderson and the Bobcats will look to carry over their performance from saturday and earn another victory on the road.
