Roush and Stanley-Rechin Choose Bobcats

WAUWATOSA WI - (July 12, 2018) - Wednesday, July 11 marked as a special day for Bobcats Volleyball as Kyenna Stanley-Rechin from Eagle, WI and Hannah Roush from Dousman, WI made their committments to Bryant & Stratton College official after signing their National Letter of Intent to put on a Bobcat uniform for the 2018 inaugural women's volleyball season.
Out of Kettle Moraine High School, Stanley-Rechin competed on the varsity program for three seasons. A versatile player, the six-foot athlete competes at both right side and setter.
"Kyenna will be a threat offensively and defensively on the right side," Bobcats head coach Heather Curley said.
In the off-seasons, Stanley-Rechin competed on a competitive club team known as Revolution Volleyball Academy (USAV Club) based out of Waukesha, WI.
"With Kyenna being a lefty, she will open up many attack options for us," Curley said.
A special day for Stanley-Rechin as she will celebrate with her family and get prepared for what looks like an exiting season.
Also out of Kettle Moraine High School, Roush competed at the defensive specialist and libero positions.
"Hannah is quick to the ball and willing to dive and dig for anything she can," Curley said. "Her work ethic, intensity, positive attitude and team focus will contribute to our teams success."
The 5'2 defender competed on Revolution Volleyball Academy(USAV Club) and will look to help put the program on the map come first game.
"Bryant & Stratton gives me the opportunity to be an athlete and student," Roush said. "Having fun and achieving my dreams of becoming a nurse is what I want and Bryant & Stratton will help me achieve that."
The Bobcats ingaugural season will begin on August 29 on the road at Highland Community College.
