WAUWATOSA, WI (September 6, 2018) - It was all smiles for the Bryant & Stratton College volleyball team as they breezed past Olive-Harvery 3-0 on Wednesday night with scores of 25-8, 25-8 and 25-9.
Improving to 4-2 overall this season, (2-2 in region competition) the Bobcats have made signifcant strides thus far and head coach Heather Curley has been very satisfied with how the team has been improving every day.
"The team came out very focused and ready to play their first ever home match in program history," Curley said. "I was a little worried that they might still be exhausted and sore from the long weekend and school starting though."
The Bobcats posted a .310 K% and had just seven errors. Setter, Evelis Vicenty, produced all 15 total assists for the team which helped the Bobcats put away Olive-Harvey early.
"Evelis did a great job distributing the ball and getting the whole team involved offensively," Curley said.
Leading the way for the Bobcats with 5 kills was Andrea Miranda followed by Kyenna Stanley-Reckin with four and Gabriela Lopez with two.
