Mainka Signs with Bryant & Stratton College Women's Volleyball

WAUWATOSA, WI (May 13, 2019) - Bryant & Stratton College women's volleyball head coach Heather Curley continues to build her roster as she brings in Mackenzie Mainka out of Pewaukee, WI for the 2019 season.
Mainka comes from Pewaukee High School where she competed on the varsity program for two seasons.
"Mackenzie has an incredible attitude, focus and knowledge of the game," Curley said.
The 5'9" Outside Hitter was an integral part of helping her high chool program finish third in the Woodlance Conference.
"I have known Mackenzie since her freshman year in high school and have watched her grow into a strong and dynamic player. I am excited for her to continue her academic and athletic career with Bryant & Stratton."
In the offseason, Mainka competed for the Southwest club program and is looking forward to continuing her career collegiately.
"I am so excited to be a part of the Bryant & Stratton volleyball team," Mainka said. "I cannot wait to get started and make some awesome memories with everyone."
Mainka marks as a great addition to the 2019 Bobcat roster as Curley and her staff look to make a deep playoff run come November.
In their inaugural 2018 season, Curley led the Bobcats to a 15-11 overall record as well as the program's first-ever playoff appearance.
