Green Brings on Holly Tsosie for Inaugural Season

WAUWATOSA, WI (May 3, 2019) - Bryant & Stratton College's Head Cross Country Coach, Casey Green, continues to bring on top talent for the 2019 inaugural season as Holly Tsosie out of Thoreau, NM signed her national letter of intent to officially join the program.
Tsosie attended Thoreau High Schol where she competed on the Cross Country and Track team.
"We are overjoyed to have Holly join our program," Green said. "She is an extremely engaged and a passionate athlete."
Tsosie finished the 5K with a time of 19:58, the 1500m at 5:11 and the 800m at 2:27.
"Her incredible range of speed from 400 meters all the way through 5,000 meters makes her an immediate-impact type of signing," Green said.
As Tsosie's high school career begins to close, she is extremely to strive under Coach Green and make an immediate impact.
"I am very proud that I will be training under Coach Green and competing for Bryant & Stratton College," Tsosie said. "This experience will improve my racing ability as an Indigenous Navajo woman coming from a culture who values the significance of running. I am humbly grateful to be a member of the Bryant & Stratton Bobcats Cross Country team and to give every effort and drive to grow as a student-athlete."
Spectators can watch Tsosie compete in a Bobcat uniform this fall as the inaugural program will begin their season in August.
