Green Selected as Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Coach

WAUWATOSA, WI (August 2, 2018) – Casey Green has been named head NJCAA Division I men's and women's cross country coach at Bryant & Stratton College.
Green comes to Bryant & Stratton from Chicago, Illinois where he was the Athletic Director and head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach at The Nobel Academy. He also served as the trainer/coach with Charge Running. In 2017 at the Nobel Academy, Green led both boy's and girl's cross country teams to NAC Conference Championship victories.
Green has also coached multiple individual IHSA state championship qualifiers and the IHSA State Championship qualifying girl's cross country team. At both The Noble Academy and Charge Running, Casey designed and implemented workouts, strength training, form drills, and race specific plans.
"The formation of the Bobcats Cross Country team presents a great opportunity to build on the athletic success of Bryant & Stratton's other programs." Green said. "I am incredibly excited to serve as Head Coach and build strong men's and women's cross country programs that set the competitive standard throughout the NJCAA."
Green graduated from Wooster College in 2012 with a degree in International Relations and received a master's degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University in 2015.
While earning his master's, Casey served as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the cross country and track & field teams. He was also a Graduate Assistant in the Kinesiology Department and a Graduate Learning Assistant in Student-Athlete Support Services at the University.
Green was a four-year letter winner at The College of Wooster. He was a two-year Cross Country/Track & Field Captain.
