Milwaukee, Wis. (January 31, 2017) – The Bryant & Stratton Men's Basketball program currently has two active players holding 4.0 G.P.A's while playing significant roles on the court as well.
Freshman guard, George Schwartz, and Sophomore Forward, Marko Lazarevic, both hold 4.0 G.P.A's and have set a great example of what being a collegiate student-athlete is all about.
Lazarevic, from Belgrade, Serbia, serves as a captain for the Bobcats and the coaching staff could not be more pleased with his leadership abilities on the court and in the classroom as well.
"We could not be more proud with all the work Lazarevic has put in both on and off the court." The Bobcats coaching staff stated. "He focuses very hard on his academics and when he gets to the gym he comes ready to compete hard as well."
Schwartz, a Wisconsin native, has stepped up huge for the Bobcats taking on a starting role the previous two games and the coaching staff was very pleased with how he handled the job.
"Schwartz is a phenomenal student-athlete to coach." said the Bobcats coaching staff. "We very proud of his 4.0 achievement and appreciate his hard work on the court as well."
Both, Lazarevic and Schwartz, will continue to try and be positive examples for Bryant & Stratton College by continuing to focus in the classroom and work hard on the court.
