WAUWATOSA, WI (January, 22 2019) - Bryant & Stratton College men's basketball coach, Matt Majkrzak, officially signed Justin Kuehl out of Hustisford, WI who will be putting on a Bobcat uniform for the 2019-20 season.
The 6'3 guard comes from Hustisford High School where he competed on the varsity program. Averaging 26 points, seven rebounds and four assists per game, Kuehl will be a critical asset to the program next year.
"We are thrilled to sign Justin as our first player for the 2019-20 season," Majkrzak said. "It is special to get such a highly regarded student-athlete to sign early. Justin was one of our top priorities all summer and I had the chance to watch him play over 20 AAU games."
Kuehl earned Conference Player of the Year both his sophomore and junior seasons as well as achieving All-State his junor year.
"Justin is the exact type of player we want to continue to build our program with," Majkrzak said. "He is a high flying 6'3 guard that can score on all three levels and has a nose for the basketball. As a qualifier the sky is the limit for him at Bryant & Stratton."
Kuehl is currently ranked 30th in the wissports.net poll.
Along with Majrkzak's excitement to have him on board, Kuehl is equally thrilled to finish out his high school career and embark on the next level.
"I chose Bryant & Stratton to prove everyone wrong who doubted me and to show the type of player I can be at the collegiate level," Kuehl said.
A great signing for Majkrzak, the Bobcats will continue on with their season as they currently stand at 14-7 overall.
