WAUWATOSA, WI (April 1, 2019) - Bryant & Stratton College's Head Men's Soccer Coach Lukas Wilhelmi continues to build a talented roster as he signs Nefty Sanchez out of Janesville, WI who will be putting on a Bobcat uniform for the fall 2019 season.
The 5'7" wing comes from Joseph A. Craig High School where he competed on the varsity program for three seasons.
"Nefty is a player not everybody recognizes immediately but everybody misses a player like him when he is not on your team. Wilhelmi said. "He is reliable, never comes off the field and is a hard worker with great decision making, speed and the foot skills to back that up."
Sanchez earned All Conferene Honorable Mention in 2018 as well as the Most Improved Player award.
"His no-fuzz-approach to the game and his calm personality will help us tremendously in 2019," Wilhlemi said. "His presence will make us better on the field and in the locker room
After a 3-11-1 inaugral season, Wilhelmi will look for his recruits to make a serious impact come next fall.
