Bio

Heather Curley was officially hired as the Head Women's Beach Volleyball Coach of its Wisconsin program for the 2020 inaugural season.

Curley began coaching the indoor women's volleyball team at Bryant & Stratton College in the fall of 2018. She led the program to a 15-11 overall record and the team's first-ever playoff appearance. Additionally, two players under Curley earned All-Region honors in the same year.

The Jefferson, Wis. native also serves as the Club Director and a Head Coach for Revolution Volleyball Academy, a competitive USA Volleyball Club in the metro Milwaukee area. Curley is in charge of all administrative duties for the club including facility scheduling, coach hiring and supervision, payroll, equipment purchasing, tournament schedules, game management, fundraising and all recruiting efforts with athletes.

In 2016, Curley was elected to serve on the Badger Region Board of Directors as the Junior Rep where she advocates for the rights of thousands of club players and hundreds of coaches in setting rules and policies.

Prior to accepting the position with Bryant & Stratton, Curley coached 6 seasons at Kettle Moraine High School. With 18 years of coaching experience, she has coached at almost every level (both boys and girls.)

Curley also implemented RVA Cares, a community outreach program to help character development.  One of the unique projects they do each year is “Birthday in a Box.” Each box contains a cake mix, frosting and several themed items to make up a complete birthday.

Curley and her husband, Sean, who is also active in the volleyball community, have three children: Payton, Emily and Lillian.
