WAUWATOSA, WI (April 27, 2019) - For the fourth time this season, the Bryant & Stratton College baseball team (9-22) and the Olive-Harvey College Panthers went head-to-head in a nine-inning game on Friday afternoon resulting in a 4-1 Bobcats victory.
Bryant & Stratton took three of four games against the Panthers this season.
The win improved the Bobcats to 7-14 in region play with 10 region games remaining in the regular season.
GAME VS OLIVE-HARVEY COLLEGE (4-1 WIN)
A scorelss first-inning led to a 1-0 lead for the Bobcats in the bottom of the second after Kyle Taran (So.) doubled to right field.
The Panthers earned that run back eventually after scoring a run of their own in the top of the fifth but the Bobcats quickly responded scoring two runs in the bottom of the inning.
Leading 3-1 heading into the bottom of the seventh, Nicholas Perez (So.) drove in provided a three-run lead for the Bobcats after driving in an RBI on a single to right field.
The Bobcats manage to hold onto their three run lead in the final two-innings of play to earn their second straight victory.
Alec Spang (Fr.) led the way with three hits followed by Taran with two hits and two RBI's.
Keanu Walkush tossed all nine-innings striking out five batters.

Bryant & Stratton will host College of DuPage on Tuesday afternoon for a double header.
The first pitch of game one will be thrown at 2:00pm.
