Bio

Coach Hoffman rejoins the team as the Associate Head Coach after coaching at Arizona Christian University for the 2022-23 season. In his lone year at ACU, he was part of a conference championship, stayed in the top 5 all season and earned a 1 seed in the National Tournament. Hoffman helped coach a top 10 defensive team in the country, which included having the Defensive Player of the Year for the conference and two players becoming all-conference and All-Americans. At ACU he also filled the role of Athletic Recruiting Coordinator for athletics. Prior to ACU he coached two seasons at Bryant and Stratton College (WI). The Bobcats were above 500 in both seasons and advanced to a regional final in his first year. Hoffman helped develop an All-American and three All-Regional players.  During his two seasons on the coaching staff at Holy Family College, he saw the Lakers qualify for their first national tournament appearance, earn their most season wins in program history, and produce three All-Americans. Hoffman was also Athletic Recruiting Coordinator for the whole athletic department. While coaching at Waldorf University for a year, they earned their first NAIA home playoff game and having two All-Conference players. 

As a player, Coach Hoffman spent his entire collegiate career at Concordia University Chicago.  As a senior, he was named the team captain.  

Educationally, he earned a bachelor's degree in Sports and Fitness with a minor in Coaching and Sports Management.  Later he added a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.

Coach Hoffman and his wife, Katie, have a daughter.
