Bio

Erica Hayworth will be entering her third season with the program. She was recently named associate head coach and athletic recruiting coordinator. She works with pitchers and offense and helped the Bobcats softball team to its winningest season (39 wins) this prior season. Hayworth also helped guide Bryant & Stratton's second appearance in the NJCAA DII World Series and coached nine All-Region athletes and one All-American. 

Prior to joining Bryant & Stratton, Hayworth was the head softball coach at Judson Univerity and an assistant coach at her alma mater, Concordia University-Ann Arbor. During her time with the Cardinals, Hayworth started all but three games for them. She recorded a .932 fielding percentage at second base as a junior.

She's also a Michigan native and a former teacher in the West Bloomfield and Royal Oak school districts. She also has experience as an assistant athletic director.
