Bryant & Stratton's women's basketball captures win after two weeks off
ELGIN, Ill. — Bryant & Stratton College (WI) women's basketball team (3-4) traveled to Illinois to take on the Elgin Spartans (2-6). It was the Bobcats first game since playing in the Kirkwood Classic on Nov. 16.

The Spartans held a 14-7 lead after the first quarter of action, but a 19-8 second quarter gave the Bobcats a 26-22 lead heading into halftime.
Bryant & Stratton kept the offense up and scored 40 points in the second half and held Elgin to 20 points. The Bobcats
Trishena Brown led the way with 24 points, 15 rebounds and four assists.
Markeila Bolds added 16 points and eight rebounds.
