Bio

Jeff Lorenz enters his third year as the Lady Bobcats Head Basketball coach and has been an integral part in establishing the program which began their inaugural season in the fall of 2016.

Lorenz was named Region IV Coach of the Year and Region IV District L Coach of the Year in the 2017-18 season after leading the program to the college's first ever National Tournament appearance. In the same year, he led the program to a Region IV Championship with a 26-10 record while going 17-0 in region play.

Since his first season at Bryant & Stratton, Lorenz has compiled a 63-32 record in three seasons. 

Prior to Bryant & Stratton, Lorenz coached four season at Milwaukee Area Technical College. He inherited an MATC program that had won just one game in two combined seasons; he transformed the program into a top-10 program that rose as high as fifth overall. Lorenz amassed a 71-50 record at MATC that included a pair of 24-win seasons at the DIII JUCO level.

Lorenz was selected as the N4C Conference Coach of the Year in 2014 and 2015. His time at MATC produced three All-Americans, an N4C Conference Player of the Year, five All-Conference selections, four All-Region selections and numerous National Player of the Week selections. Lorenz helped lead numerous student-athletes to opportunities in the NCAA and NAIA through his 10-plus years of coaching in southeastern Wisconsin.

Lorenz works as an independent insurance agent and resides in Mukwonago with his wife, Teri, and daughter, Kiley.
