
Bryant & Stratton College track and field kick off its spring season at Firebird First Invitational
Bryant & Stratton College women's track and field team finishes seventh in Carthage.
KENOSHA, Wis. - The Bryant & Stratton College women's track and field team started its spring season when it traveled to the Firebird First Invitational. All the athletes competed to the best of their abilities and the Bobcats came away with a seventh-place finish as a team.
Jade Arrington took fifth in the women's 55-meter dash with a time of 7.41. Arrington also ran in the 200-meter dash, where she finished with a time of 27.12, good for second place.
Sasha Doyle took part in 800 meters and finished with a time of 2:50.95 and made it into the top five for the Bobcats.
Lee'Asia Hayes was the lone Bobcat athlete to participate in the long jump and she recorded a jump of 5.04 meters.
Doyle also participated in the long jump, where she recorded a leap of 1.23 meters.
Up Next: The Bobcats will stay in Milwaukee for the Tierney Classic, hosted by UW-Milwaukee.
