Concurrently, Pankau coached the IAM 15-Gold team, where Badger Region acknowledged her leadership for her sportsmanship and respect.

Pankau gained collegiate coaching experience at Clarke University, serving as an assistant coach. During her tenure, she was recognized by the NAIA Refereeing Association for her exemplary sportsmanship.

In Wisconsin, she furthered her coaching impact with IAM Volleyball Club, guiding the 12-Red girls’ team, the 12-boys team, and contributing to the I AM Next development program, fostering foundational skills for young athletes. Most recently, she coached the Slinger Set 8th grade-Silver team to a top finish in their division of the GMPL. This season she is head coaching for IAM VBC’s 16-year-old boys’ team.
